Oyamazaki Villa Museum
大山崎山荘美術館
A beautiful Western-style house was built with a wonderful garden from 1911-1917 (Taisho-Showa periods). After it is was purchased by Asahi Beer, Tadao Ando was asked to build a small, modern museum connected to the house. It is famous for housing one of the famous Water Lily paintings by Monet. Many painters can be seen painting seasonal flowers in the garden.
