The park was choosen as one of the top one hundred parks in Japan. It is about 33 times the size of Koshien Stadium & is one of the Osaka's 4 largest green tracts of land. There is an outdoor stage, track and field stadium, equestrian centre tennis courts, BBQ area, etc. Flowers from all the seasons can be seen. There is also a Youth hostel nearby.
